Cell phone rudeness

Cell phone rudeness is definately a problem these days, everyone in the world has a cell phone! Working at a place were i deal with the public i see this often. It gets really irritating especially when you need to communicate with the person who talking on the phone, while you are tryin to help them. The other day even i was at Lisa Nails getting my nails done and there was lady getting hers done and she was on the phone the WHOLE time, which was about an hour. The funny thing was that while the lady was on the phone she was saying to her friend "I need to get off the phone, because i am being so rude!" I swear she said that at least 5 times, but did she ever hang up? NO! That doens't make sense to me. I understand if it is a very important call, but if you need to interact with someone else at the same time, just call them back, or put them on hold seriously. Be polite!
